Returns

For orders from Germany, Austria, Switzerland, the Netherlands, and the UK, you can create a return label via our returns portal within 14 days.
The return shipping costs are $5.90 and will be deducted from the refund amount.

For returns from other countries, ROCCOMARBELLA does not cover any costs. In these cases, customers must bear the return shipping expenses themselves.
